The SRAM XX Downhill Eagle Transmission Cage Assembly Kit is a full replacement cage for the SRAM XX Downhill Transmission rear derailleur. It includes the outer and inner cages, the damper, and the pulleys, so it rebuilds the moving part of the derailleur after a crash or normal wear. It is the service part for that derailleur, not a complete derailleur.

A cage assembly kit includes a damper and a cage kit does not. This is an assembly kit, so the damper is in the box.
