- Unused and unopened items in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please reach out to returns@hammerandhowl.com for a Return Authorization Number.
- Defective items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Please reach out to returns@hammerandhowl.com for a Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid USPS shipping label.
- Items that have been opened and/or are in used condition may NOT be returned.
- Special-Orders may NOT be returned.
