Overview

This Garbaruk Direct Mount Chainring installs on a SRAM 3-bolt mountain bike crank for a single-chainring (1x) drivetrain. It is machined from 7075-T651 aluminum and color anodized. Its chamfered edges and wide mud gap keep the ring from getting muddy, while its variable teeth thickness prevents chain dropping. Garbaruk's increased tooth height improves chain retention when the bike is jolted. This chainring has a Standard (Non-Boost) offset, which varies by ring size and shape.

Does the offset change with the ring size?

Yes. The offset varies by ring size and shape. On the Round ring, it goes from 7.5mm at 26T to 2.5mm at 40T. On the Oval ring, it goes from 7.5mm at 26T to 1.2mm at 40T. The Specifications list the offset for each size.

Will this chainring fit my crank?

It mounts on a SRAM 3-bolt direct mount crank. The offset must also suit your crank. This ring has a Standard (Non-Boost) offset.

Are the mounting bolts included?

No. This chainring does not include mounting bolts. You reuse the three direct-mount bolts that came with your 3-bolt crank.
