Here it is sold for a 6-bolt rotor, and one kit covers one wheel.

Check that your hub is Center Lock and your rotor is 6-bolt, and that your hub is built for a 12, 15, or 20mm thru-axle. If you are not sure, confirm with your bike mechanic or contact Hammer & Howl before ordering.

This kit solves one problem: you have a Center Lock hub but a 6-bolt rotor. The adapter carries the 6-bolt rotor and locks onto the Center Lock hub. The included low-profile lockring holds it in place, and it suits hubs built for 12, 15, or 20mm thru-axles. If you are buying a new rotor for a Center Lock hub instead, the SteelCarbon 3 Center Lock version is the simpler choice. It already comes with its adapter, so you would not need this kit.
