Born from the expertise of LLS Titanium, a leading manufacturer of special alloys and carbon fiber, Carbon-Ti stands out for its design and production of high-performance bicycle components.
In 2005, the company introduced the first chainring with an internal carbon fiber structure and titanium teeth, leveraging LLS Titanium’s advanced technologies. This innovative combination of materials ensures the perfect balance between lightness, stiffness, and wear resistance, while also offering a distinctive and elegant design. Such features are essential for the development of high-end road and mountain bike components, designed to compete at the highest levels.
Within just a few years, Carbon-Ti components became a staple in the world's most prestigious MTB competitions, including the UCI XCO World Cup, International Marathon races, and the legendary Cape Epic.
Fifteen years after the brand’s inception, in January 2020, Carbon-Ti S.r.l was established as an independent entity from its parent company, LLS Titanium.
In 2023, Carbon-Ti launched a prestigious partnership with the UAE Team Emirates World Tour team, supplying key components such as carbon fiber chainrings, carbon fiber brake rotors, thru axles, and other high-performance products. This collaboration led to extraordinary achievements, culminating in Tadej Pogačar’s victories in major one-day classics and Grand Tours, including the Giro d'Italia and the Tour de France, as well as his World Championship title.
Additionally, Carbon-Ti supplies other top World Tour teams, further strengthening its presence at the pinnacle of professional cycling.
In August 2024, Castellini S.p.a. acquired Carbon-Ti S.r.l. reinforcing its commitment to establishing an industrial hub dedicated to technological research and Italian manufacturing excellence.
As a testament to its ongoing growth, the company’s legal and production headquarters remain in Cazzago San Martino (Brescia), where a highly specialized team meticulously designs, manufactures, and distributes every product with the utmost precision.
